human, comes with emotion, behavior, personality, diffrnt way of view, so, kita tkkan sekepala begitu mudah, sedang kan kembar pun tk same pemikiran, ni kan org biasa. biler jadi cashier, ni, teringat manager ckp hari tu, time meeting staf, customer service, =.= tk minat tul, ade 5 step, bg salam, ckp bayran, cakp baki, and say thank you, lagi dua tk ingat, .. yg first skali tu mmg malas nk buat, tk buat pun,
biler jmpa customer, kita akan jmpa mcm2 perangai, form being humble, friendly, and nice, until, seorng yg ckup berlagak, poyo, liar and other things. macam darjat seseorang, tk ckp yg org kaya tu berlagak, bukan, cuma biler kita rase kita lagi bagos dari seseorang tu, kita pndang lekeh je kat dia, or kisah tak kisah, je..
in my case, mentang2 la customer, poyo je, "customer always right" tak bleh la nk kate sume nye betol, still kene ade consideration jgk. kan.
haha, nmpk sgt mengeluh nye.. in future, kita akan jmpa lagi mcm2 ragam manusia yg smetimes kita tk sngka pun. sma ada talam dua muka, tikam blakang, atau seorang kawan yg setia membantu kita. be nice, but to too nice, human can change, but, what the result , depend on that person him/her self
